1, product composition:

2, product use:
Widely used in oil, petrochemical, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, sports plants, high-rise building load-bearing steel columns, steel frames, firewalls, fire columns, fire banks, cable trays and other metal, concrete and non-metallic surface fire coating. In the outdoor coating, acrylic, polyurethane and other topcoats can be used for anti-aging protection coating. The effective protection of the fire-retardant coating does not result in the loss of the fire-resistance limit thickness due to atmospheric corrosion.
3, the principle of fire protection:
The coating is sprayed on the steel structure and non-metal surface, and usually plays a decorative role. 6, construction process:
(1) Use a special sprayer (recommended to use a hopper sprayer with a pressure of 6 kg) to perform the spray coating, or apply it manually.

(4) Coatings are two-component, divided into two types: dry powder and wet agent. They are used at the construction site. The weight ratio of dry powder to moistener is 1:3.0-4.0. In the preparation, the wet agent is firstly dispersed evenly, and then the dry powder is mixed and mixed evenly for construction. If it is too thick, a certain amount of water may be added. Because the paint contains cement components, the finished slurry should be used within 60 minutes.
