Composition and properties of high chlorinated polyphenols:
Hyperchlorinated polyethylene with a chlorine content of more than 68% is called high-chloroalkylene (abbreviated as HCPE). Because it does not contain double bonds in its molecular structure, chlorine atoms are polydisperse, so it has good weather resistance, heat resistance, fuel resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. Can be used as a film-forming material. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in interest in polychlorinated polyphenols because it has been found that HCPE can effectively replace chlorinated rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings in many applications. 1994 was rated as high-tech products in Jiangsu Province. Without heating, HCPE is readily soluble in aromatic light, ester, ketone, and glycol phenolic ethers. The most common solvents are toluene, xylene, cyclohexanone, and the like.
HCPE has good compatibility with all inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Its enamel has beautiful luster, and it is fast drying. It has good weather resistance in the environment where the air is seriously polluted, and its stability is better than chlorinated rubber. Has good dielectric properties.

Construction methods and precautions:
1. Before the painting, the surface of the object needs to be cleaned, and it can be painted. The first pass of rust can be coated with 70-T and 70-III type rust paint. General corrosion can be directly with micro rust brushing.
2. Must be fully stirred before use to achieve no precipitation, no color can be painted.
3. If the coating is too thick during painting, it is not easy to brush, and the brush marks need to be properly added with the GA series of diphenyl or xylene and cyclohexanone (generally 5%-15%).
4. In the rain, snow, and the open air, do not open the brush in the open air, and in the hot summer season, avoid construction under strong sunlight.
5. The high chlorinated polyphenols coating not only coats steel parts, but also coats concrete surfaces and lime wall surfaces.
6. It can be applied in the range of -15°C-50°C, and can be used with various paints. Both primer and topcoat can be applied.
7. The storage period is generally below 35°C for 12 months (without any conjunctival precipitation).
8. Fast drying time. It can be dried within a few minutes. Normally, it can be dried for 12 hours, and the next painting time can be 6-8 hours.
9. Cleaning brushes can be used xylene or cyclohexanone.
